The 110,000 square feet landmark regeneration development comprised 200 residential apartments, a 130 bedroom hotel, a nine screen cinema, nine retail units and a 400 space underground car park.
It is part of a regeneration scheme for the south end of Bromley High Street started in 2013 with a projected completion first quarter of 2018, managed by McLaren Group for Cathedral Group

We have been working with Templec for over 4 years on this project, their overall performance has been very good, they have been understanding & adaptable to changing conditions and we would be happy to work with them again.
Templec have been involved with our £100m mixed use development at Bromley since the enabling works and I have been impressed with their level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout the project. Our project has been very challenging and complex and Templec have generally provided a first class service.
The project has been demanding at times on everyone involved and we rely heavily on our subcontractors to perform well for us, I am pleased to say Templec have been excellent in this regard and look forward to working with them again in the near future.
