Our Employees Grow With Us

Some of our employees have been with us for over 20 years, some who have progressed from apprenticeship to management level, others who have changed careers and in general have a very high employee retention level.

All our employees are PAYE and, from the day they start with Templec, are provided with ample opportunities to develop their skills.

Whatever their age, Templec employees are encouraged to gain further qualifications, take on additional responsibilities and enjoy the financial benefit this brings.

  • “I was in a dead end university course with not much of a future and wanted a change. I had heard that Templec offer good opportunities for people of a similar age (19). I became a fully qualified electrician, ran my own jobs and have since been given the opportunity to become Contracts Manager, working along side the estimator.”
