The 110,000 sq ft landmark regeneration development comprised 200 residential apartments, a 130 bedroom hotel, a nine screen cinema, nine retail units and a 400 space underground car park.

It is part of a regeneration scheme for the south end of Bromley High Street started in 2013 with a projected completion first quarter of 2018, managed by McLaren Group for Cathedral Group.
