Electra House is a 7 storey Grade II listed building in London and is undergoing a £21m conversion from an educational facility to office use, providing in excess of 8,000 square feet of office space. 

Electra House opened at the turn of the last century and was originally occupied by the Eastern Telegraph Company and until recently was in use by London Metropolitan university.
