OFFice based vacancies
We are seeking a self-motivated, results driven sales person, preferably with a construction industry background, to work alongside our existing team to generate & manage additional business opportunities. Duties will include:
- Identifying & establishing new business leads
- Organising & attending sales meetings
- Liaising with existing clients
- Assisting our estimators with design & tender submissions and meeting deadlines
- Providing pre-sales & post-sales support
- Negotiating contracts, terms & conditions
- Reviewing cost & sales performance
- Producing reports & sales literature
- Providing product & service advice
- Attending trade conferences & networking
- Ensuring sales targets are met
Ideal candidates will have an industry recognised electrical qualification, a construction industry background, full driving license as well as sales skills, strong technical ability, communication & interpersonal skills, organisational skills and analytical skills.

Our busy company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Delivery & Collection Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery and collection of plant & materials to & from various construction sites throughout the South East and all areas of London. As well as reviewing orders prior to loading and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
We will provide training to the right person, especially if motivation and a willingness to learn is demonstrated.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Carry out & record routine safety inspections and cleaning of the delivery vehicles
- Check & load deliveries & collections onto vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery & collection records
- Liaise with out site teams to efficiently deliver & collect
- Unload & safely position deliveries & collections
- Obtain delivery & collection acknowledgements where required
- Assist with warehouse duties between deliveries & collection
Driver Qualifications & Skills :
- Current, Full UK driver license (non HGV)
- Clean driving record
- Minimum 1years experience as a delivery driver
- Possess a positive & professional attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Must pass a criminal background check & drug test

apprenticeship schemes
We are proud of our historical and ongoing support for apprenticeships and have long since recognised this as a valuable training route and foundation for career development, as well as actively supporting sustainability within the construction industry.
Persons willing to apply themselves to the scheme can expect to achieve a Level 3 NVQ Diploma, providing access to the essential JIB/CSCS affiliated electricians gold card and increased earnings through higher pay rates & price work.
Candidates for the Level 3 NVQ Apprenticeship will need to have a minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths & English.
